Lesson 1 — Welcome and Course Overview
Master Bheem opens the course, walks through the full twenty-four-lesson syllabus — Reiki history, the chakras, attunements, symbols, healing positions — and explains why the way you sit during practice matters: never cross the legs when you are meant to receive energy. In this lessonUnderstand the arc of all 24 lessonsSet up your practice posture correctlyBegin daily meditation and prayer

Lesson 2 — Introduction
An introductory video for the Healer Course. (This file's transcript was unreadable; the description will be expanded once re-transcription is complete.)In this lessonWelcome from Master Bheem Sain AroraSet the tone for the journey aheadPrepare for Lesson 3
03
Lesson 3 — The Origin of Reiki
The story of Dr Mikao Usui — the question he could not answer in class, his years of search, and how the lineage came to be. Bheem also introduces the principle that runs through the whole course: every new version of your life demands a sacrifice. In this lessonKnow the lineage from Usui to todayDistinguish stress, depression and anxietyAccept the price of real change
04
Lesson 4 — Believe in Yourself, Then in God
Two foundational truths: believe in yourself before you believe in God; love yourself before you love others. Bheem uses the pipe-width metaphor to explain why a small inner channel cannot receive large abundance, and reframes meditation as giving the world your attention. In this lessonStrengthen self-belief as the first stepWiden your channel for receivingRedefine meditation as directed attention
05
Lesson 5 — The Three Rules of Reiki
Dr Usui's three rules, given to every practitioner in this lineage: water flows only to one who is thirsty; permission must be taken before healing; never heal for free — always receive something. Bheem also introduces Mrs Hawayo Takata and explains why the symbols were created. In this lessonApply the three rules in every sessionAlways take a client's permissionSet an honest exchange for your work
06
Lesson 6 — The Three Tasks of Life
Three responsibilities every adult carries: bread-butter work, your true passion, and the maintenance of your own body. Bheem names the six causes that close a chakra and teaches the 10/90 rule — events are ten per cent, your response is the other ninety. In this lessonAudit your three life-tasks honestlyRecognise what closes a chakraTake ninety per cent responsibility
07
Lesson 7 — The Chakras and Colour Therapy
An introduction to the seven chakras as funnel-shaped centres, their clockwise opening and the colour each carries. Bheem maps every chakra to its planet and contrasts allopathy and homeopathy with what Reiki uniquely addresses. In this lessonName the seven chakras and their coloursMap each chakra to its planetSee where Reiki goes deeper than medicine
08
Lesson 8 — The Aura and How It Grows
From the chakras to the aura — the electromagnetic field around the body that grows from eight feet in an ordinary person to a hundred feet in a serious practitioner. Bheem closes with a single teaching: everything you experience is subjective. In this lessonUnderstand the aura as a measurable fieldTrack how practice expands your auraHold the principle 'everything is subjective'
09
Lesson 9 — Inner Aura, Outer Aura, Psychic Attacks
The two layers of the aura — the close inner aura that mirrors the body and the wider outer aura that engages the world. Bheem explains the four kinds of psychic attack (including the self-created one) and introduces the digital aura-scanning system used in his clinic. In this lessonTell inner and outer aura apartRecognise the four psychic-attack typesRead light, heavy and no-energy colours
10
Lesson 10 — Reading the Aura
A close look at digital aura scans from the foundation's archive — an epilepsy patient's green field, a fibroid showing red, what borderline energies mean. Bheem then walks you through activating your own hands and seeing your aura for the first time in a mirror. In this lessonInterpret a digital aura scanActivate the palm chakrasSee your own aura in a mirror
11
Lesson 11 — Sweeping: Cleansing Techniques
Two foundational cleansing techniques. General Area Sweeping clears the whole body anti-clockwise; Local Area Sweeping targets one organ. Bheem demonstrates the cloth-and-water test and recommends a once-a-week sweep for the whole household. In this lessonRun a full general-area sweepingTarget one organ with local sweepingProtect your home weekly
12
Lesson 12 — The Science of Mind
Conscious, subconscious, super-conscious — the three layers of mind explained, with examples from Einstein's eight-per-cent brain to Manmohan Singh's rise. A long police-station story shows how the logical mind blocks healing until it is bypassed. In this lessonDistinguish the three layers of mindSee why logic blocks the healing channelBegin to bypass the conscious mind
13
Lesson 13 — Direct and Indirect Programming
How the subconscious is shaped by every sight, sound and word it has ever absorbed — and how repetition reprograms it. Bheem defines mantra in the simplest possible way: 'the repetition of any word'. The teaching applies as much to driving a car as it does to japa.In this lessonSee your own indirect programmingUse repetition to recondition the mindUnderstand mantra without mystification
14
Lesson 14 — Shraddha, Mantra and Yantra
The role of faith — shraddha — in manifestation. Bheem tells the story of a second-hand car bought with ninety-per-cent inner certainty, and his daughter's sudden marriage proposal. He defines mantra and yantra in plain terms and previews the first Reiki symbol. In this lessonReach ninety per cent inner certaintyFrame a clear, single commandPrepare to receive the first symbol
15
Lesson 15 — The Reiki Level 1 Attunement
The live Level 1 attunement. Bheem guides you to close the left brain by chanting Om, opens the heart and palm chakras, and channels three rounds of energy through the screen. From this point your hands are activated and your psychic capacity begins to grow.In this lessonReceive the Reiki I attunement liveActivate the palm chakrasSense energy flowing in your hands
16
Lesson 16 — Chakra Balancing and the First Symbol
The two-handed chakra-balancing technique — left hand on root and sacral, right hand on heart — and the first Reiki symbol, Cho Ku Rei: the power symbol drawn as three sets of three lines. Bheem demonstrates how to draw it and how it concentrates energy at any point you place it.In this lessonBalance the seven chakras with both handsDraw Cho Ku Rei correctlyUse the symbol to focus energy
17
Lesson 17 — Your Daily Self-Treatment
The thirty-minute daily protocol that carries the practice forward: meditation, hand activation, purifying each chakra anti-clockwise with the symbol, then charging clockwise and giving each chakra a clear health command, organ by organ. In this lessonHold a thirty-minute daily routinePurify and charge each chakra in turnGive clean commands organ by organ

Lesson 23 — The Daily Practice
How to make Reiki a daily sadhana for life. Each evening: review the day, identify what didn't work and why, rectify, commit to the next day, then pray for guidance to honour the commitment. A closer look
This is the door into the lineage. Reiki, as it is taught here, comes down through Dr Mikao Usui to Mrs Hawayo Takata to the teachers who have carried it since — and across twenty-four guided sessions Master Bheem Sain Arora hands it on in the order it was given to him: structured, unhurried, and grounded in daily practice rather than spectacle.
The course opens with the story of how Reiki came to be, the three rules every practitioner takes (water flows only to the thirsty, permission must be asked, never heal for free) and the three tasks every adult life has to hold. From there the work moves inward — the seven chakras and their colours, the inner and outer aura, the four kinds of psychic attack, and the sweeping techniques that clear them. The first live attunement comes mid-course, followed by the Cho Ku Rei and Sei He Ki symbols, the thirty-minute daily self-treatment, and the night-time brain-balancing technique that closes most students' practice for life.
It is suited to anyone — no prior healing experience is needed. By the end you will be a certified Reiki practitioner with an evening review, a morning sit, and the confidence to treat your own family.
