Lesson 1 — The Four Corners and Response to Life
⏱ 1h ● Video Free preview

Bheem opens the course with the qualities a Reiki teacher must hold — confidence, compassion, maturity, mentorship — and then introduces the four corners every master refines: response to life, creative visualization, diet and meditation. The session settles on the first corner: the discipline of responding rather than reacting, with four keys (confidence, connection, mental balance, rest) and the stop-think-respond sequence. In this lessonName the twelve qualities of a teache...

Lesson 2 — Creative Visualization and Diet
⏱ 1h ● Video

The second and third corners. Bheem explains how the mind stores pictures rather than words — and why a master must learn to visualize creatively for himself, his students and his patients. The second half of the lesson is a careful walk through diet: the three gunas (sattvic, rajasic, tamasic), proteins and fats and fibre, and the Ayurvedic doshas of vata, pitta and kapha. In this lessonPractise positive creative visualizationDistinguish sattvic, rajasic and tamasic foodIdent...

Lesson 3 — Meditation, the Fourth Corner
⏱ 1h ● Video

Learn to be calm and you will always be happy. Bheem teaches six techniques that quiet the mind enough for the soul to repair the body — puja, naam simran, breathing, witnessing, absorbing work, and Reiki itself — followed by the three families of meditation (focused, open monitoring, simple presence) and a six-step protocol for building a daily sit.In this lessonChoose a meditation technique that suits youBuild a daily 20-minute sit in six stepsRecognise and clear common obs...

Lesson 4 — Symbols of the Mastership Level
⏱ 1h ● Video

A review of the four symbols learned at Level 3 — Cho Ku Rei, Sei He Ki, Hon Sha Ze Sho Nen and Dai Ko Myo — and an introduction to the three new symbols a master needs: 5A Serpent Fire (drawn along the spine in attunement), 5B Raku (grounding higher into lower), and Nosa, used on the third eye for learning and communication and on the heart for creativity and the higher self.In this lessonDraw the 5A, 5B Raku and Nosa symbolsApply Nosa on the third eye and heartUse Cho Ku Re...

Lesson 5 — The Mastership Attunement
⏱ 1h ● Video

Your own shakti-pat. Bheem leads the live mastership attunement from preparation to close — physical cleansing, the seven-body purification, prana shuddhi with white-in and black-out breath, the visualisation of Dai Ko Myo and Raku, and the Om Mani Padme Hum chant that seats you in the channel of a master. In this lessonReceive the mastership attunementPerform saptashareer shuddhi and prana shuddhiChant Om Mani Padme Hum in the master mudra

Lesson 6 — The Three Bandhas
⏱ 1h ● Video

An introduction to the yogic locks a master uses to keep energy from leaking — jalandhara (throat), uddiyana (abdomen) and mula (root) — taught with their precautions, benefits and the breath positions each is locked in. Bheem closes by setting up the four energy banks: healing, family, near-and-dear and shakti-pat.In this lessonApply jalandhara, uddiyana and mula bandhaCombine the three into maha bandhaSet up your four energy banks

07
Lesson 7 — Self-Reiki with Bandhas and Energy Banks
⏱ 1h ● Video

How a master sits his own Reiki. Bheem teaches the daily practice with mula and jalandhara bandha held throughout — moving through the four symbols, then depositing energy into the four banks with named commands. The session closes with deepak trataka, the flame gaze, which must be built to fifteen minutes before a student is ever attuned. In this lessonSit a full self-Reiki with both locks heldDeposit energy into the four banks dailyPractise flame trataka toward fifteen minut...

Lesson 8 — Preparing the Room and the Student
⏱ 1h ● Video

Before any attunement, the space and the student must be ready. Bheem walks through the binding of the ten directions with incense and the four Reiki symbols, energising the room with the bell, purifying the chair and other furniture, cleansing the student's aura, and reading each of the seven chakras by the sound of the bell — a dull tone is a blocked chakra. In this lessonBind a room across all ten directionsCleanse and charge a student's auraRead chakra blockages by bell to...

Lesson 9 — Seating the Student, Master's Own Preparation
⏱ 1h ● Video

The student is seated on the prepared chair, taken through three body squeezes, long breaths and the mudra of asking. The master then performs his own Reiki facing east with all four symbols, prays for protection, charges the crystal mala he will wear during the ceremony, charges his drinking water, and offers a final prayer before Dr Mikao Usui's portrait. In this lessonSettle a student into alpha stateRun the master's pre-attunement self-ReikiCharge mala and water for the ce...

The count from one to twenty-one at the crown, Sarpangini drawn down the spine, the heart chakra charged and sealed with all symbols, the violet Queen blown through the chakras, the palms activated with each symbol, the third eye opened and closed, the seal at the back of the head, and the final balancing of the student's chakras. The lesson also covers attuning multiple students in a line.In this lessonConduct...

Lesson 11 — The Reiki Level 3 Attunement
⏱ 1h ● Video

The Master Healer attunement, which differs only in detail from the previous lesson. Bheem adds the Dai Ko Myo and Highest Power in the Universe symbols at every step where the four were used, activates the third eye with a charged crystal wand rather than the thumb, and closes by naming the student a powerful Reiki Level 3 practitioner. The earlier procedure must be confident before this one is attempted. In this lessonConduct the Reiki Level 3 attunementActivate the third ey...

— About this course

A closer look

Mastership sits in the quiet space between Reiki Level 3 and Grand Mastership — the years in which a practitioner becomes a master in fact rather than in name. Across eleven sessions Master Bheem Sain Arora opens that interior work: the refinement of the channel, the steadying of intention, the long companionship with Dai Ko Myo that turns the master symbol from a technique into a way of seeing.

The lessons combine extended practice with case-based teaching drawn from the foundation's clinic in Patiala — chronic conditions, emotional patterns, sessions where the symbols have to be sequenced rather than applied. Bheem teaches a personal sadhana for masters: the daily disciplines that protect the channel and prepare it to carry larger work. The course is not a qualification in itself; it is the ground a serious student stands on before stepping into Grand Mastership.

It is for practitioners who have completed Reiki Level 3 and want to deepen their craft before teaching others.
